OVERVIEW
The purpose of the PWM System from Vaporworx is to adjust the speed of the pump based on demand.  Pulse width modulation turns the pump on (10ms) and off (10ms) very quickly and the cycle is repeated.  The fuel pump is working at 50% duty cycle.
