Product Information

The subframe bushings are used to mount the front subframe to the chassis. These bushings are made of rubber, and like all rubber bushings, will stretch, degrade, and oxidize over time through driving and exposure to rain, dirt, snow, and salt. Failed bushings will cause clunking over bumps and on acceleration, uneven tire wear as it can cause the wheel alignment to move out of specification, and you may experience the front end wander when driving straight. Other factors that can reduce the lifespan of the front subframe bushings are worn front differential bushings and suspension components along with frequent driving on rough roads or when overlanding.
