It's critical to change your engine oil often to ensure proper lubrication at all times and to avoid sludge build up. The proper service intervals that we recommend is 5k miles.

New BMWs and Minis fitted with BXX series engines "Require" 0W-20 LL14FE+ Rated oils. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND using this spec! The levels of protection LL14FE provides are much lower than LL01. The new formulation LL14FE is mainly designed with CAFE ratings, EPA requirements and fuel mileage in mind, NOT OVERALL PROTECTION.

This oil change kit features a Mann oil filter kit with filter element, drain plug crush washer, and filter housing gaskets along with 5 liters of LL-01 Liqui Moly 5W40 synthetic oil. If you wish to purchase a drain plug they are available separately HERE
