These specially built heavy-duty pistons are designed to perform flawlessly under the extreme heat and PRESSURE associated with turbocharged engines.

DESCRIPTION

The Manley EVO X Stock Replacement Pistons are not your ordinary replacement pistons. These pistons are loaded with extra features such as a lightweight design, 9130 hard-chromed wrist pins that are taper bored.  These pistons are machined of high strength 2618 material. Each design is lightweight yet robust enough to deliver long service life. Offset wrist pin design is utilized for quiet start-ups. Perfect ring groove to skirt squareness is achieved through our unique “one fixturing” manufacturing method that assures maximum horsepower. All pistons come with moly coated skirts. Round wire locks, premium chrome moly wrist pins, and premium steel top ring sets from Total Seal are included with every kit at no additional charge.

These stock replacement pistons are stock bore size, retain the factory compression ratio of 9:1 and will even work with factory connecting rods without any additional machine work.
