Yes, they sure can be. It's just a standard panel and the gauges can be removed to mount separately or independently with included U clamps.

Are the oil pressure and water temp sensors included? If not, what type of connectors are required? I've got an early 80s 350 Chevy motor and I'm getting ready to do a test start/run and need some basic gauges. Tx

This is a mechanical gauge set, so the temp gauge has a capillary tube on the back that would plumb to your water jacket. As for the oil pressure, you will need to use the nylon tube with compression fittings to fit this to the block and obtain a correct reading.
