Is this instrument water resistant. I am building a trike motorcycle using a 3.3L V6 GM motor with a 3T60 automatic. Because the weather is not always bright and sunny. My other gauges are the marine versions, so they are water resistant. Thanks in adv.

Thank you for your question. This gauge is not water resistant and unfortunately we do not make any water resistant PRNDL gauges.

I have a 4L80e installed on a 2003 silverado, im wondering if i put it in gear "D", will it show in which gear it is like 1,2,3 or 4, or will it just show "D"

Please refer to https://www.autometer.com/pub/media/manual/2650-1705.pdf as the calibration steps would mention that you would be able to set the gauge up to skip some of the option displays.
