Product Information
Use this kit to replace both front control arms on your SPA Cross Country vehicle. When replacing these components, we recommend using anti-seize on the through bolts for the strut fork. Note: this kit has a one-time-use stud that will require a press tool [9997538 ] to install.
Torques:
Ball joint bracket to knuckle
- 110 Nm
Lower arm front to subframe (rear mounting, nut/stud)
- Stage 1: 110 Nm
- Stage 2: 45 °
Lower arm front to subframe (front mounting bolt)
- Stage 1: 140 Nm
- Stage 2: 90 °
Lower arm lower front to subframe (rear mounting, bolts)
- Stage 1: 140 Nm
- Stage 2: 60 °
Driveshaft to wheel hub (front)
- Stage 1: 35 Nm
- Stage 2: 90 °
Shock Absorber Fork to Front Lower Control Arm (This bolt must be torqued with the car on the ground, or the suspension raised up to the "Normal Position" to prevent tearing of the bushing.)
- Stage 1: 140 Nm
- Stage 2: 180 °
