\nOur rear differential bushing uses Delrin as an outer sleeve, and aluminium in the middle as an inner sleeve.
\nAluminium bushings create a lot of vibrations and sounds. Delrin on the other hand, is far more comfortable while also being able to absorb just as much force.
\nThis combination of Delrin and Aluminium makes for a strong and quiet differential bushing, both the most important qualities to look for in this replacement piece.
\nWhile other designs have the rear differential bushing holding with only by press-fit, ours is also held by compression against the differential. The way the differential works against the subframe, this design maximises the durability of the bushing.
\nThe two front differential bushing we provide in the kit have been are made entirely of Delrin.
