If your BMW has 80,000+ miles on the original tensioners and idler assemblies we recommend replacing them with the next belt change. This Contitech drive belt kit is the ideal kit if you are looking to overhaul your BMW's drive belt system. This kit includes INA OEM mechanical tensioner and Contitech drive belt. This is a great kit for anyone looking to replace just their drive belts or looking to replace everything.
Please note: When installing this kit torque the belt tensioner bolt to 25Nm + 90 degrees and torque the idler pulley bolt to 40Nm. You cannot reuse the original tensioner pulley bolt and must use the new one provided with the kit.
