Comprehensive overhaul kit, includes everything you need to refresh your E46's cooling system

A lot has been written on the E46 3-series cooling system. In our opinion no source is as definitive as Mango's thread on E46Fanatics. Not only is this resource great for first time BMW owners it's also great for seasoned E46 owners who have dealt with failed expansion tanks, cracked radiators, and failed water pumps.

This kit has been built around the premise of that thread and includes all major cooling system parts that are notorious problems on the E46 3-series. Included in this kit are the recommended parts from the E46Fanatics thread. This kit features a Saleri OEM water pump, Modine/CoolXpert OEM expansion tank, Wahler thermostat, and Nissens radiator. Additionally, we include OEM Contitech drive belts, OEM Rein upper/lower radiator hoses, and other supporting hardware.

The only thing not included in this kit are the belt tensioners or pulleys. Due to mixed installation of pulleys/tensioners and also because many will have different replacement intervals on these components we have decided to keep these as option. Please see the links below for the belt tensioners and idler pulley.
