Product Information

Includes OE FAG wheel bearing and hub assemblies along with required replacement screws and tension strut ball joint nuts, an ideal solution for servicing both front wheel bearings

A failing wheel bearing will make a lot of tell tale sounds. A good example of this is a humming sound at highway speeds. Additionally, a bad wheel bearing will also make groaning or clunking sounds while turning. If your BMW's wheel bearings are making this noise we highly recommend immediate replacement.

Please note: Wheel bearing bolts must be replaced when installing the new wheel hub assemblies. BMW TIS torque specs for the updated M12x1.25 bolts is 20Nm initial torque, followed by 120Nm jointing torque, then 90° torque angle. The tension strut ball joint nuts must be torqued to 100Nm + 90°

Wheel Bearing and Hub Assembly Kit

Typically a wheel bearing is a set of steel balls within a metal ring, which is called a race. At the center of your wheels, there is a hollow piece of metal, called a hub. The wheel bearings resides inside the hub and helps to reduce friction when the wheel spins.
