A complete rear suspension bushing kit for the E46 M3 or E85/E86 Z4M

This kit features a mix of Genuine BMW, OE Lemforder, and Meyle bushings. The intent of this kit is to be a complete rear suspension restoration solution using high quality components without breaking the bank. If your BMW has long some of it's handling or it feels soft in the rear it is likely due to worn suspension components including subframe bushings, trailing arm bushings, trailing arm ball joints, and the rear differential mount.

This kit also features a set of FCP trailing are reinforcement spacers which serve a couple of important functions. For one, the spacers reduce the amount of deflection (twisting) the trailing arm bushing is capable of and in doing so bump steer is reduced dramatically. Additionally the life span of the trailing arm bushing is significantly increased.

This kit also includes standard lower rear control arms which are used to adjust camber. This kit includes the control arms which come from the factory with the inner bushing. It is popular to replace this stamped part as a complete unit as fatigue is a common problem.

To install this kit it is easiest to remove the rear subframe from the vehicle. While the subframe is out we also recommend inspecting the rear subframe mounting points for distortion or cracking as the E46 M3 is known to have subframe mounting point metal fatigue.
