To enhance knock resistance and achieve higher compression ration, we
have adopted HKS's unique "Triple Tumble" crown structure.(Triple
Tumble crown structure)
⮚ The piston crown's design creates a third tumble flow on the intake side as
the piston moves upward. This quickly spreads the flame near the edge of
the intake side, which helps prevent engine knock.
⮚ High-temperature-resistant A2618 material and precision machining
combine to deliver significant weight.
⮚ "Bridge Concept Design" (BCD) structure enhances structural rigidity and
contributes to weight reduction.
⮚ Three oil jets deliver cooling oil precisely for effective cooling.
⮚ Nickel plating above the top ring groove improves knock resistance and
wear resistance.
⮚ A two-layer coating enhances anti-seizure properties and reduces friction.
⮚ Original shortening piston pin design reduces the weight of the piston pin
boss section.
⮚ Titanium coating on the top ring enhances durability.
⮚ Precisely machined edges prevent heat spots.

stronger than the stock components.
