Mercedes Diesel Oil Change Kit 5W-40 - Liqui Moly OM3

For this application Mercedes calls for a 229.3 or a 229.5 spec oil. This today would be used in Gasoline powered Mercedes cars. Why might you ask? This is simply because this engine did not come with a Diesel Particulate Filter and did not require Urea Injection to keep emissions in check.

Engine longevity & optimal performance
