These plugs OE to the BMW i8 have a 2mm longer reach then the standard B48 / B58 / S58 Spark Plug 12120040551 to which some say give it a little colder of a range when used in those engines. So if your car is tuned these might be a better plug for your B48 / B58 / S58.
