STM exhaust flanges are USA made in Rochester New York laser cut from 3/8" thick stainless steel. "Elongated" flanges feature longer bolt holes so you can mate a 3" flange to a 3.5" or larger flange. Furthest center-to-center bolt hole distance is 5".
